Aloha Quick Bread

A delicious moist banana bread with a Hawaiian twist



  1. In a bowl, cream butter, sugar and eggs. Beat in bananas, milk, orange peel, and vanilla.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to creamed mixture.
  3. Fold in coconut, nuts, and pineapple. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
