- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 inch casserole pan with olive oil.
- Place cinnamon rolls to cover bottom of pan.
- Mix eggs, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg & vanilla and pour over rolls.
- Sprinkle brown sugar & nuts over the top.
- Cook about 30-35 minutes or until browned and egg mixture is set. Drizzle icing over the top.
