Black Raspberry Bars

Yields 2 dozen.



  1. Cream the margarine and sugar. Add the flour, soda and salt that are sifted together and mix well.
  2. Stir in rolled oats. Press half of this mixture on the bottom of a greased 13 x 9 pan.
  3. Spread with the preserves. Cover with remaining mixture.
  4. Bake in a hot oven at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Cut into bars.
