- Cooking Time: 45 min.
- Difficulty: easy
Serve with jam, bacon or sausage.
- Place buttered bread in bottom of greased 13 x 9 dish side by side.
- Spread thin layer of mustard on each slice buttered bread.
- Mix the eggs, milk, salt and pepper together. Pour evenly over bread.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
