Brunch Egg Souffle

  • Difficulty: easy

Serve with jam, bacon or sausage.



  1. Place buttered bread in bottom of greased 13 x 9 dish side by side.
  2. Spread thin layer of mustard on each slice buttered bread.
  3. Mix the eggs, milk, salt and pepper together. Pour evenly over bread.
  4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Refrigerate overnight.
  5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
