Cabbage Casserole

  • Difficulty: easy

This will make 2 large casseroles. You can freeze the other or cut the recipe in half.



  1. Mix meats and egg.
  2. Add onion and 1 can tomato sauce. Mix well with hands.
  3. In another bowl, mix sauerkraut, remaining sauce and rice.
  4. Layer meat mixture, cabbage and rice mixture until all is used.
  5. Cover and bake 2 hours at 300 degrees.
