Cherry Dream Cake

I have taken this cake several times to a carry in dinner and all I bring home is a empty pan!



  1. Prepare cake mix as directed. Grease a 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake cake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until done.
  2. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool cake for 3-5 minutes. Poke holes in cake with a meat fork.
  3. Gradually pour gelatin over cake. Cool 15 minutes. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light. Fold in whipped topping. Carefully spread mixture over cake. Top with cherry pie filling. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
