Stores in freezer very well. Makes around 130 cookies.
- Cream together brown sugar and oleo. Add the eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- Sift the flour, soda, and baking powder. Add to cream mixture. Add oats. Mix. Chill overnight or at least 3-4 hours.
- Shape into balls size of walnuts and roll in powdered sugar. Bake on greased sheet at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
