  1. Combine the two soups, onion, green chiles, and garlic powder.
  2. Begin layering in greased casserole: corn tortillas, chicken, soup mixture, taco sauce, and cheese. Repeat layers two-three times, ending with cheese layer.
  3. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
