Mint and chocolate is the perfect combination!
- To make cake: mix the first 8 ingredients together, mixing thoroughly. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool.
- To make topping: mix 1/4 cup butter, 2 cups powdered sugar, 3-5 tablespoons creme de menthe. Blend thoroughly and spread on cooled cake.
- To make chocolate frosting: Heat chocolate chips and 7 tablespoons of butter over low heat till melted and well blended: spread over topping of the cake.
