A creamy soup prepared with canned clams.



  1. Blend butter, flour, cream, milk, sugar, and salt all together.
  2. In a pan, cook chopped potatoes, onions, and celery until tender. Drain excess water.
  3. Drain clams and pour that liquid over cooked vegetables.
  4. Mix clams, vegetables, milk mixture, and vinegar. Heat thoroughly.
