Use three small loaf pans or one 9 inch angel food pan.

  1. In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and Crisco. Beat in the eggs one at a time, fully incorporating each one before adding another. Stir in extracts.
  2. Add flour and milk alternately, starting and ending with flour.
  3. Fold in coconut and pour into greased and floured dusted pans.
  4. Bake at 325 degrees (Start in a cold oven.) for 1 hour and 20 minutes for angel food pan (less for loaf pans.) Bake until brown.
