Use three small loaf pans or one 9 inch angel food pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and Crisco. Beat in the eggs one at a time, fully incorporating each one before adding another. Stir in extracts.
- Add flour and milk alternately, starting and ending with flour.
- Fold in coconut and pour into greased and floured dusted pans.
- Bake at 325 degrees (Start in a cold oven.) for 1 hour and 20 minutes for angel food pan (less for loaf pans.) Bake until brown.
