It is surprisingly delicious.
- Boil dandelion flowers in 1 quart of water for 3 minutes.
- Drain off juice, gives about 3 cups.
- Add Sure Jell and lemon or orange extract; bring to boil.
- Add sugar and boil 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, skim off foam and ladle into hot jars. Seal.
