Dutch Potato Salad, Bacon Dressing

  1. Mix potatoes, peas, celery, pickles, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon paprika, and mayonnaise together. Chill.
  2. Make bacon dressing: cook bacon until crisp in frying pan. Add a onions. Simmer 5 minutes until light brown in color. Add 2 tablespoons parsley, 1/4 cup vinegar, 1 tablespoon water, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt, celery seed, and 1/8 teaspoon paprika. Boil a minute and pour over salad.
