  1. Mix yeast, warm water, sugar, and salt together in a large bowl.
  2. In another bowl, combine oil, egg, and flour. Add yeast mixture and mix well.
  3. Cover with a damp cloth. Set to rise 1 hour.
  4. Pinch off ball size of 2-3 inches and roll out as thin as possible.
  5. Fry in deep fat in a large skillet. Brown about 1-2 minutes on each side.
  6. Lift out, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
