Fried Frog Legs

These are really very good, and going gigging for frogs can be fun! It is said that frog legs taste like chicken.



  1. Season frog legs with salt and pepper. Soak in milk for at least 2 hours.
  2. Take out of milk and run though eggs. Then roll the legs through the flour. Make sure they are well coated.
  3. Drop in enough oil for a deep fry (heated 375 degrees). Cook until they are a golden brown around 5-6 minutes.
