These are really very good, and going gigging for frogs can be fun! It is said that frog legs taste like chicken.
- Season frog legs with salt and pepper. Soak in milk for at least 2 hours.
- Take out of milk and run though eggs. Then roll the legs through the flour. Make sure they are well coated.
- Drop in enough oil for a deep fry (heated 375 degrees). Cook until they are a golden brown around 5-6 minutes.
