- Peel, cube and boil potatoes, drain; add diced eggs and onion.
- Fry bacon and crumble. Add to potatoes. Save the bacon grease.
- Beat eggs, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper, add to bacon grease heat and stir until it all combines to make a dressing.
- Add to potatoes. Mix well.
