German Potatoe Salad

Serve warm.



  1. Peel, cube and boil potatoes, drain; add diced eggs and onion.
  2. Fry bacon and crumble. Add to potatoes. Save the bacon grease.
  3. Beat eggs, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper, add to bacon grease heat and stir until it all combines to make a dressing.
  4. Add to potatoes. Mix well.
