- Chop tomatoes and peppers, finely. Put chopped vegetables in a large pot (not aluminum).
- Add the mustard & celery seeds, vinegar, salt, sugar.
- Simmer over medium to low heat, stirring often until it cooks down and thickens.
- Put in sterilized jars and process in a hot water bath for 15 minutes.
