- Cooking Time: 45 min.
- Difficulty: easy
- Mix ground ham, ground pork, onion, egg, cracker crumbs, and milk together.
- Mold into 8 balls and bake in muffin pan for 20 minutes. Take out and put in glass baking dish.
- To make sauce: mix 1 cup brown sugar, 1 cup vinegar, and 1 teaspoon mustard together. Bring to a boil and pour over ham loaves.
- Bake for 25 additional minutes.
