A spiked cake that was popular in the 1970's.

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients. Beat until well mixed.
  2. Pour into greased or sprayed with nonstick coating tube or Bundt pan. Bake until done.
  3. To make glaze, mix powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon orange juice, 1 tablespoon vodka, 1 tablespoon Galliano, and 1 tablespoon corn syrup in a small bowl. Stir until smooth, and drizzle over warm cake.
