Hawaiian Wedding Cake

For more flavor, reserve the pineapple juice and add it to the cake batter in place of the water.



  1. Prepare cake according to directions on package. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.
  2. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until done. Cool in pan.
  3. Blend pudding mix with milk. Beat in cream cheese. Fold in whipped topping. Spread on cooled cake.
  4. Sprinkle with drained pineapple over pudding, then top with nuts, coconut and cherries. Refrigerate until ready to cut.
