This is good eating. As my dad would say, "This is so good, you can't set still eating it".
Serve with a piece of hot cornbread.
- Cook turnip greens like you do spinach.
- Cook hog jowls with cooked greens. Season well with salt and pepper.
- Cook until tender, drain and serve on a platter.
