This is good eating. As my dad would say, "This is so good, you can't set still eating it".
Serve with a piece of hot cornbread.

  1. Cook turnip greens like you do spinach.
  2. Cook hog jowls with cooked greens. Season well with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook until tender, drain and serve on a platter.
