Directions

  1. Combine dry ingredients by hand. Add oil and beat eggs. (Mixture will be stiff.)
  2. Add pineapple, nuts, bananas, and vanilla.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees in three greased and floured 9 inch cake pans for 25 minutes.
  4. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes. Take out of pans and finish cooling. Top with cream cheese icing.
