A little lemon curd on the bottom, and a thin cake on top mixed all in one pie shell.
- Blend sugar and butter together.
- Stir in milk, flour, and egg yolks. Add lemon. Fold in egg whites.
- Pour into 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake 20 minutes or until firm.
