Lemon Pie Cake

A little lemon curd on the bottom, and a thin cake on top mixed all in one pie shell.



  1. Blend sugar and butter together.
  2. Stir in milk, flour, and egg yolks. Add lemon. Fold in egg whites.
  3. Pour into 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake 20 minutes or until firm.
