Mashed Potatoes

Mashed Potatoes

Serves 8
Variation: add 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 5 minutes before baking is done. Yummy!



  1. Cut the potatoes into large cubes. Boil until tender, about 40 minutes.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, milk and spices. Mash the cooked potatoes.
  3. Stir in cream mixture. Spoon into 9 x 13 baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
