Variation: add 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 5 minutes before baking is done. Yummy!
- Cut the potatoes into large cubes. Boil until tender, about 40 minutes.
- Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, milk and spices. Mash the cooked potatoes.
- Stir in cream mixture. Spoon into 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
