- Whip egg whites until stiff with electric mixer. On low speed add sugar and vanilla. Take off mixer and stir in by hand the coconut.
- Put wax paper on cookie sheet and drop by tablespoon. Bake at 325 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Peel off wax paper with cookies to cool, remove with spatula.
