If you don't have light cream, you can use a half can of evaporated milk and fill the rest of the shell with milk.
- Take 2/3 or 3/4 cup brown sugar then fill to full cup with granulated sugar. Add flour, stir. Place in pie shell.
- Fill with light cream. Use finger to stir sugar and milk together.
- Dot with butter, add dash of nutmeg and cinnamon. Bake in 350 oven until well set.
