Great for potlucks.
- Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water according to package directions. Drain, rinse and drain again. Cool.
- Place lettuce in bottom of 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Top with macaroni. Layer ham strips, thawed peas, and cheese in order.
- Combine mayo, sour cream, green onion, mustard and hot pepper sauce. Spread over top of salad, sealing to edge. Cover & refrigerate 24 hours or overnight. Sprinkle top with paprika and snipped parsley.
