Overnight Pasta Salad

Great for potlucks.



  1. Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water according to package directions. Drain, rinse and drain again. Cool.
  2. Place lettuce in bottom of 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Top with macaroni. Layer ham strips, thawed peas, and cheese in order.
  4. Combine mayo, sour cream, green onion, mustard and hot pepper sauce. Spread over top of salad, sealing to edge. Cover & refrigerate 24 hours or overnight. Sprinkle top with paprika and snipped parsley.
