This recipe was taken from a Elementary School cookbook 1984-85.



  1. Place the potatoes in the bottom of a buttered casserole dish. Salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Slice onion rings and place over. Pour can cream of mushroom over all. Fill empty can with milk and pour over. Place pork chops over top.
  3. Bake covered at 350 for 1 hour.
