An delicious alternative to pumpkin pie



  1. Mix graham crackers, butter and 1/3 cup sugar and press into 9 x 13 inch pan.
  2. Mix with mixer, 2 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, and cream cheese and pour over crust. Bake 20 minutes at 350.
  3. Cook pumpkin, egg yolks, 1/2 c. sugar, milk, salt and cinnamon until mixture thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and add gelatin dissolved in cold water. Cool. Pour over cooled baked crust.
  5. Top with whipped cream.
