Recipe taken from Kitchen Klatter Feb. 6, 1967.

Directions

  1. Heat fat in heavy frying pan, arrange potatoes and onion in layers and season.
  2. Dissolve bouillon cube in water and add.
  3. Cover tightly and cook until potatoes are soft and water is absorbed. Will take about 30 minutes. Turn frequently and watch to see if more water should be added.
  4. Add parsley. Serve.
