Recipe taken from Kitchen Klatter Feb. 6, 1967.
- Heat fat in heavy frying pan, arrange potatoes and onion in layers and season.
- Dissolve bouillon cube in water and add.
- Cover tightly and cook until potatoes are soft and water is absorbed. Will take about 30 minutes. Turn frequently and watch to see if more water should be added.
- Add parsley. Serve.
