This is like a marshmallow icing.

Directions

  1. Combine unbeaten egg whites, sugar, water and corn syrup in top of double boiler, beating with a rotary beater until well mixed.
  2. Place over boiling water, beat constantly and cook for about 7 minutes or until frosting will stand in peaks. Fold in vanilla.
