The batter is made ahead and can be baked fresh as needed.
- Mix bran, sugar, baking soda and flour in large bowl. Add eggs, oil and buttermilk. Mix well.
- Store covered in refrigerator. Can store up to 6 weeks.
- Bake 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees.
