Six Week Muffins

  • Difficulty: easy

Makes 48 large muffins.
The batter is made ahead and can be baked fresh as needed.



  1. Mix bran, sugar, baking soda and flour in large bowl. Add eggs, oil and buttermilk. Mix well.
  2. Store covered in refrigerator. Can store up to 6 weeks.
  3. Bake 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees.
