A green gelatin salad that is perfect for St. Patrick's Day or Christmas.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Stir lime gelatin into 2 cups boiling water.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese into the hot mixture until completely dissolved.
  3. Add 2 cups cold water, the entire can crushed pineapple, marshmallows and pecans. Mix well and pour into baking dish (9 x 13).
  4. Chill overnight. Cut into squares.
