The perfect spring or summer salad
If you are going to be making this salad in advance, do not dress the salad until you are ready to serve.
- Toast pecans over low heat. Set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, add spinach, strawberries, and nuts.
- Combine raspberry red wine vinegar, dry mustard, oil, and poppy seeds to make the dressing. Shake or whisk well.
- Toss dressing with spinach mixture to coat. Serve immediately.
