Strawberry Spinach Salad

The perfect spring or summer salad
If you are going to be making this salad in advance, do not dress the salad until you are ready to serve.



  1. Toast pecans over low heat. Set aside to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, add spinach, strawberries, and nuts.
  3. Combine raspberry red wine vinegar, dry mustard, oil, and poppy seeds to make the dressing. Shake or whisk well.
  4. Toss dressing with spinach mixture to coat. Serve immediately.
