A delicious moist sheet cake topped with a cream cheese icing.
- In a large bowl, mix sugar, baking soda, pineapple, vanilla, flour, eggs and walnuts.
- Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes in a greased and floured 13 x 9 pan.
- To make frosting, mix cream cheese, 1 stick margarine or butter, 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
- Spread frosting on cooled cake. Top with 1/2 cup nuts. Refrigerate before serving.
