Thanksgiving Salad

Filled with flavor, color and lots of crunch!



  1. Drain pineapple, reserve syrup. Add enough water to pineapple syrup to make one cup liquid.
  2. Bring the liquid to a boil and dissolve gelatin in hot liquid. Add one cup cold water. Chill until thick, but not set.
  3. Stir in cranberry sauce, pineapple, celery, and pecans. Pour into 2 quart mold. Chill until firm.
  4. Remove from mold and serve.
