Thicker No-Egg Chocolate Cake

Cool and decorate with your favorite icing or frosting.



  1. Sift all dry ingredients together.
  2. Add mayonnaise and then gradually stir in the water. Beat with a rotary beater until smooth.
  3. Grease and lightly flour two 9-inch cake pans. Divide the batter into each.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until a silver knife comes out clean.
