Serve at your next family gathering.
- Remove yolks and set white parts aside.
- Mix egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, salt and pepper; blend thoroughly. Make sure there are no lumps of egg.
- Using a pastry bag or plastic baggie with a tip removed, fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with paprika and serve.
