A delicious pistachio flavored cake "covered up" in light fluffy whipped topping.
- In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oil, 1 box pudding mix, and ginger ale. Fold in nuts. Mix well.
- Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
- To make topping, mix milk and remaining box of pudding mix together. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled cake.
