Whittaker's Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

Delicious summertime pie



  1. In a large bowl, combine sugar, tapioca, salt, and nutmeg.
  2. Add rhubarb and berries. Mix well to coat the fruit.
  3. Let stand 20 minutes. Spoon fruit mixture into pie shell.
  4. Dot with butter.
  5. Top with a lattice crust.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
